As part of this, the development team has chosen design solutions, building materials, appliances, and fixtures that comply with two different green building certification programs: Earthcraft Multifamily and Energy Star. Low energy utilization thanks to all-LED light fixtures, Energy Star appliances, and high-efficiency heating and cooling systems will mean low electric bills. Additionally, the moisture management and ventilation systems will reduce the possibility of mold, mildew, and other less-than-ideal environmental conditions, reducing unhealthy living conditions that can often go undetected.
